Nicolas Oorts

Nicolas is the visionary co-founder who, alongside David, planted the seeds of the Bellamy group back in 2013 while they were still university students. What began as a passionate, hands-on side project hosting cocktail workshops has evolved under his guidance into a thriving multi-brand hospitality business. Today, Nicolas oversees the big picture, ensuring that the original entrepreneurial hustle translates into top-tier quality across all of our catering, bar, and consulting pillars.

David Vanheesbeke

David’s journey in the hospitality industry began alongside Nicolas when they co-founded Miraeus as university students in 2013. Starting from scratch with engaging cocktail workshops, David build the business from the ground up. His entrepreneurial drive and deep operational knowledge were instrumental in scaling their early passion project into today’s expansive, multi-brand group. He knows exactly what it takes to grow a concept into a fully realized, flawless hospitality experience.

Daan De bruyn

Daan is the strategic marketing mind that keeps our brands—and those of our clients—in the spotlight. Leading the Bellamy marketing pillar, he specializes in designing and executing high-impact brand activations. Whether he's creating a memorable launch for a new partner, consulting with brands, or shaping the overarching marketing vision for the Bellamy group itself, Daan knows exactly how to connect a great brand with the right audience.

Beyond his incredible palate, Bernd is the communicative heart of the team—always ready to share his passion, answer your questions, and do it all with a trademark smile that instantly makes guests feel at home.

Elias is the creative powerhouse behind the bar at Marigold. Tasked with bringing our 1920s glamour concept to life in a glass, Elias designs high-end, innovative cocktails that push boundaries while respecting the classics. His unparalleled creativity and meticulous attention to detail ensure that every drink served at Marigold isn't just a cocktail, but an experience.

Anna-Bo Nuyts

Anna-Bo is the organizational wizard who turns great ideas into flawless reality. Focusing on our more intimate, bespoke events across both Miraeus and Marigold, she ensures that every detail is perfectly executed. From private spirit tastings to exclusive cocktail caterings, Anna-Bo works behind the scenes (and on the floor) so that our guests can simply relax and raise a glass.
